I've been billed for 1 entire year but I had monthly and I was about to cancel my Premium

Greetings,

 

I already opened a ticket at Spotify. Today I've been billed for 119.88 EUR yearly service. I never changed from monthly to yearly, I only logged in in the past to check how to disable my Premium account.

 

Anyone else had this problem before? I'd like to get my 199.88 EUR back and disable my premium account.

Hi. Did you reply to the "do no reply" email you got from Spotify? If not, doing so makes sure that a staff member sees it sooner rather than later.
