I've been removed from my subscription

I've been removed from my subscription

Hi, i live in brazil under the Postal Code 40290-030,

i received this email saying that i needed to confirm my adress postal code so i could stay under my familiar subscription... i followed all the email instructions, confirmed my adress, but still i was removed from my premium subscription...

 

How to fix this? Im still paying for this but im not able to use the service.

 

My account was downgraded... My username is Ad!ct0

Im still trying to confirm my adress, but the green button by the end of the form just doesnt work... i sent the print screen... CAN ANYONE HELP? Or should i just cancell the subscription?
