I've forgotten my email for the account!

I let my nephew subscribe to premium with my card and his phone got broken therefore no use for spotify however I would like to subscribe to it on my phone.. first I need to cancel it or move it to my email only problem is the only proof I have over the account is the card I used to pay for it... someone help me please!

If you could get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they will be able to lend a hand to get that account cancelled for you.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
