I've paid for premium but I'm still on free?

I paid for the 3 months for £0.99 this morning about 7:30am and it's now 6:45pm but I have still not going premium. I have contacted the support team by email but they have not replied.

That doesn't sound quite right.

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial

The support usually replies within 24-48 hours. ^^

It's not working. I'm going to cancel payment and delete the app, it's been awful.
