I want a refund of $11.99

I started a free trial of Spotify premium a while back and I ended the subscription before you tried to take my money... or at least I tried to end it, now I lost $12 because I thought I ended the subscription...
Now I realise it didn't unsubscribe me because you made it so darn difficult to end a subscription, I had to click unsubscribe numerous times before it got the the end and said it was done. This is stupid I tried to end the subscription ages ago and now I was charged for it, this is unfair may I please have my $12 or what ever it was back please
