I want to pay in my own curreny, can I?

Hi! I've got a question. I Subscribed to Premium, and the price looked nice to me, in my own currency. 

But when the bill came at the end of the month, Spotify is charging me in dollars, not only it's another price, but it also makes the bank bill me extra charges every month because it takes dollars as a different account. 

Is there a way to make Spotify charging me in Soles (PEN)???
