I was charged $9.99 through PayPal but said I was on trial period.

So Spotify charged me $9.99 but I was still on trial period. Emailed them 3 times in the last 3 weeks and still no response. I read the help page and it said to delete off my phone then re-upload which I did. Still no luck. I decided to sign up as premium again now it has charged me $12.99. I am hoping they do not charge me twice every month. I really should get my $$ back since I did pay twice this month (March) but I do not know how to get a hold of anyone!! I am very upset they make it very difficult and makes me want to cancel all together.

Signing up for premium through the iOS app costs more because Apple charges a fee.

I suggest you cancel it and resubscribe through the Spotify website.

Information on how to do this can be found here:

You can contact support here:

https://www.spotify.com/about-us/contact/contact-spotify-support/

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

If you still have not gotten a reply:

Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.

If you never got an email, look in your spam folder to see if there is an email in there. Make sure you are checking the email account you used to sign up to Spotify. You can check the email on your account here.
