Salve,

Ieri mi è giunta una email dallo staff di Spotify dicendomi che la mia email era stata cambiata da non so chi e che quindi non posso più accedere. Lo stesso mi è capitato con la mia email di windows (che sono riuscito a recuperare tramite il numero di cellulare) e hanno provato ad accedere anche al mio facebook non riuscendoci.

Ora il problema è che ho inviato una meriadi di email allo staff di Spotify non ricevendo alcuna risposta, nonostante lì ci sia scritto che se non sono stato io a richiedere questo cambiamente sarebbe bastate una email e il tutto sarebbe stato risolto. Oggi è il secondo giorno che perdo il mio abbonamente premium mentre qualcun altro ne beneficia a mie spese mentre qui lo staff se ne infischia.

Qualcuno ha una soluzione?
