Inability to See subscription

To whom it may concern,

lately I attempted to view my payment options and subscription management window after logging in, however, I've unable to do and it is quite discouraging after the free trial is about to expire, not too sure if this is intentional or not but please i would love to have some sort of resolution,

please below see attached a screenshot of the error i came across many times in many different modums
