Incorrect charge

Incorrect charge

I canceled my free three month premium subscription last night on the 19th and it didn't expire until the 20th and I'm still being charged 9.99. How do I go about getting this fixed

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
