Everyday the songs I am listening to seem to be interrupted by someone who wants to listen to this random Asian artist with the name Nguyen! No one has my account details, so the only thing I can think of is if someone has hacked my account! Can you please check and block anyone? Or do I need to change my password?

We'd recommend resetting your password and signing out of everywhere to avoid unauthorized access to your account. If you created your account through Facebook, you can reset your password in your Facebook settings.

I can't reset my password as I can't remember it and they have also hacked the email address the reset password link would go to.

I do not want to, but the only option i feel is to deactivate spotify altogether.

Very frustrating when I have been a paying member for a long time.

I have also noticed that the hacker has signed me up to a family subscription and issued the account to friends. I have now removed these, signed out of all devices but he still persists.

1) How do I get my email address changed on the account in order to change my password? Has previously stated I am locked out of that account too.

2) How do i get a refund for the money charged for the family account?

3) How do i revert back to a normal premium account with my student discount?
