Is it possible to actually contact support??

Is it possible to actually contact support??

I've been trying for 30 minutes to find a way to contact Support but keep being helpfully redirected to the find your own answer route, which doesn't help. I just noticed I'm being charged for a second Spotify account on a seldom used credit card so I have no clue what Spotify account this is in order to cancel it. I need to lookup the account by CC # I suppose or I need to dispute the charge with my CC.

Hey @user-removed, 

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you further with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to get a reply.
