Issue Recieving Family Premium

Issue Recieving Family Premium

Hi there,

 

My brother added me to his family plan and it worked fine for awhile.  He eventually forwarded me a text he had recieved about me losing my premium because my address couldn't be confirmed.  The text said I would recieve a notification to confirm my address that never came.  My account is through facebook, but when I look in account details on this site there's no e-mail shown and I never recieved one anyway.  How can I confirm my address and get back on his family plan?
