It says my account doesn't exist

It says my account is not on record but when I search it in my friends it pulls up

Thank you for posting your issue on the Community! Could you tell us more about it? For example;

1. When does it say that your account does not exist? When you log in?
2. Can you log in using your email instead of your username?
3. Does your username appear as a string of random string of numbers and characters(such as fj2i3f980ef23goiew9vefog4)

So here are pictures saying my account isn't active when I made a premium account it made a whole new account and I don't know the email or password and now I'm just paying for something I can't even get into.

Looks like you don't know both your email address and password-

In this case, please contact Spotify directly through this online contact form including as much detail as you can, such as any possible email addresses you might have used to create the account and the support team will be able to lend a hand.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

In the meantime, Spotify will only recognize your URI instead of your username- It's a way of Spotify to keep in track of user data on the server, so you won't have to worry that much; The others will see your real username, and you can use your email address when you login.
