Joined Family Plan. Still got billed on separate accounts HELP!!!!

Joined Family Plan. Still got billed on separate accounts HELP!!!!

I recently combined 3 accounts to one family plan.  I am still being billed for the separate accounts.  I cannot find ANY way to speak to someone regarding billing.  Can someone give me a phone number or email address to contact a billing department please????

I've got the same problem! very frustrating not beeing able to be able to contact spotify directly!

 

Sorry for just ranting and not having any solutions.
