Joined Family Premium package and Im still getting charged after a month for my previoussubscription

What the title says... I joined the Family Package and I was told after the month was over I wouldnt be charged for my last subscription, that my Dad (who manages the Family package) would pay for all 5 accounts. But Im still getting charged for it!

I find it very inconvenient that I dont have a direct way to contact the Spotify support people.

It may be happening that you're paying for a different account that the one you use for the Family plan.

 

You should contact customer support through this link:

 

https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

 

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
