I have not been charged since I sign up for it and I don't use it and all of a sudden I see them taking money out of my account. Please refund me my money and cancel my subscription please.

I'm not sure if I understand you correctly. You say you do not have Premium subscription but you got charged anyway. Is that correct?

If you do have a Premium subscription you will be charged, regardless of whether you actively use Spotify or not. If you do have Premium, you can get a refund for this month but you can cancel for the next. To cancel go to your Account page, then to subscription. (Or click here.) You can then just click on cancel and your subscription will be cancelled!
