Just signed up to 60 day free trial today, but am only getting ONE day.

Hi,

I'm extremely upset. I just signed up to the 60 day free trial earlier. To avoid getting unknowingly charged at the end of the period, I cancelled my subscription at the same time. I was under the impression that this would only cancel my trial at the END of the period. However, my account now shows that my trial is basically being wasted by getting cancelled TODAY instead.

How can I have this resolved? I'm extremely frustrated and feel that this is unclear, deceptive and unfair.

Hi @lettuce you should have found that after the one day your account remained on Premium and started the 60 day trial. When you go to your subscription page when does it say you will be charged again?
