Just upgraded to Premium.....problems

Just upgraded to Premium.....problems

My wife just upgraded to Premium and there is some weirdness with her account:
1. When I follow her it says that she has no public playlists, when I know there are. This means no one can share her playlists
2. When I follow her it doesn't show her Facebook profile pic
3. When she makes playlists, it doesn't show cover art.

Only 1. above really matters, I only mention 2 and 3. In case it helps someone relate to the problem.

Any clues as to how to get it working properly? I've tried re-installing the app, signing out and in etc.
