Keep getting charged for Premium even after unsubscribing

The unsubscription process is very unclear! I've tried twice now to unsubscribe from Premium, the first time at the end of my thirty day free trial, and the second time about a month ago.  When I got charged after the first month of not using Premium, I thought I had just made a mistake and not unsubscribed correctly.  But the second time around I made an effort to go through all the steps, but I never got a confirmation e-mail that I had been unsubscribed, it just re-directed me back to the subscription page.  Now its the second month without using Spotify and I got charged again!  I've sent in an inquiry to their customer service, but I'm feeling pretty cheated and thought I should look for help elsewhere too. Has anyone else had this problem??

Hiya. Payment issues can only be sorted by the payments team so using the contact form was the right way to go. Have you received a reply yet? If you get an automated response directing you back to the community or the help pages, please reply to it to make sure your case reaches one of the staff.

I'm getting charged for premium even though I cancelled (see photo for date) and being charged through my 3 account when I changed over to a family plan under the name Darrell Haylett. They have notified I need to contact you.
