I have been paying for spotify premium for over a year now, i use this service all the time, on my laptop and on my phone, But about 10 minutes ago, its all shut down. It said that my log in details were not correct. When i logged in again it seems to have created a new account for me. so now i have no playlists and no premium access. Has this happened to anyone else? Whats just happened? should i cancel my Direct debit?
