Living in a different country message

My brother keeps getting an error message saying he's living in a different country !! Hes in the kitchen beside me! Hes cracking up
Spent 3 hours today trying to get it sorted
Any suggestions greatly appreciated

Strange! Could you ask your brother to reach out to support? He can do that one of three ways:

They'll be able to take a look at his account backstage and see what they can suggest.
