Locked out of account and cant reset passowrd

Someone was using my spotify account so i contacted spotify support. They disconnected the account from my facebook and asked me to reset my password. However I can't access the email that my paid for spotify account is linked to (gjtenby@hotmail.co.uk) so i'm locked out of my account. Is there a way change the email my account is linked with, or reset my password by another method? Spotify support just keep sending me emails linking me to the FAQs

We (the Community) don't have any access to the backstage area of your account, only Support does.

I'd recommend reaching out to them again and letting them know that their email wasn't helpful and that your issue hasn't been solved yet.
