Log in then 5 seclater i keep getting disconnected, changed pass and still no fix

Log in then 5 seclater i keep getting disconnected, changed pass and still no fix, of course i told spotify but they dont give a **bleep** they directed me here

ok i have reinstalled, erased my user file, restored my computer. i think its the new  update they did this has never happend before.

ok so i logged in i was quick enough to click offline mode on, once i clicked turn back on i was able to play a song for 2 seconds then boom logging out, im gettign seriously mad.

That is strange, do you normally login using a Spotify username and password or using your Facebook email address and password? 

If its Facebook, is your Facebook account still active?

Have you tried to run your account on antoher computer or mobile device? 

Does it work?

 

Facebook and yes it is still active.

i will try this this and see if it works, but i cant do the mobile device i only use free version.

Strange, do you get any error messages at all or does it just log you out? 


I am going to suggest you get in touch with the Spotify team directly using the online contact form and ask them to look into this for you, purely because they will be able to look and see if there is anything wrong with your account on their end.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

ok thanks and yea no error message at all just a logging out screen.

 

Still not working its nice to see that atleast you peter care more then these forum moterators, still nothing is working.

Did you submit a contact form? If so post the case number here and I will ask someone to chase it up for you. 

The community staff do care, they are just extremely busy people 😉

Ok so my solution, was i logged in was able to select offline mode, started playing a local file thank god i have 5 songs that spotify did, played that song half way thru went on line and it works now, thanks to no one but the 2 ppl that tried to assist me, and spotify you can go F**k Yourself. because no one helped me but the community and the solution was not able to be fixed, only buy me just f**king around and i can bet its not a perment fix

 

Still no fix yet!!!!
