Log in via facebook to wrong account

I login to Soptify using the facebook option - I am then somehow, logged into my friends Soptify account.. Soptify seems to think that my facebook details apply access to my friends account, giving me full access into his Soptify profile.

I have tried all options to login to my own account, including; logging out all devices, deleting spotify app, etc, etc.

This has made me seriously question the security you have and has put me right off opening a premium account, as there is the potential for someone to access my account. PLEASE can you reset my account or allow me to loggin using an alternative route other than facebook.

It sounds like your Facebook created account has become connected to your friends Spotify account, which can happen when both accounts are logged into some devices. First thing to do is break the Facebook connection if possible by going to Edit/Spotify > Preferences > Social Network > Disconnect from Facebook in the desktop Spotify app. 

Once you have done that, you will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to lend a hand to get your original account restored. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
