Hi,

i have lived in Japan until September and my Spotify account and premium membership was linked to my internet provider. Before leaving japan I have canceled my contract with the phone company

i have moved back to Romania and I have changed also the country on my iPhone. Spotify was functioning well until this week. 

Is there any way to change the payment direct to my card and be able to use the app?

Welcome to the Spotify Community.

 

If your the subscription that you had through your phone company is still active, you'd need to wait for your account to go back to Free in order to update your payment details and resubscribe by going here.

Thank you very much. But how can I find out if it is free of subscription?

i also get this error when I am trying to log in to the app

i would really like to use the account. I was logging with my Facebook credentials.
