Logged in as someone else

My account information was posted online,  so somebody else was using my account. I've changed my password,  and disconnected from Facebook,  but it still tells me I'm logged in as this person.

On your account overview have you clicked sign out of everywhere. This will log off any devices on your account. Link to account overview is here: https://www.spotify.com/account/overview/

I've tried that,  it's still showing me logged in as someone else, even though my account is no longer linked to their Facebook.
