Logged in online, but desktop version says my password is wrong

I keep trying to log in on the desktop version (mac) with my username and password but it insists that one of  them is wrong. It's the same password i'm using to login online and I have re-typed it at least 5 times so I am not sure why this is happening...

Could you try logging in with your username instead of your email? If this doesn't help, send over a screenshot of the error message you're seeing.

We'll see what we can suggest.
