Logging in Issues

So I can't log into my spotify app. Basically what happened is when i tried to open my spotify app, I was logged off and this had never happened before. I am always logged on. So, today I logged on or tried to. And it said that my username and password were incorrect so I changed my password. And then logged in multiple times, or tried to log in and they all said the same thing. So I changed my password andother time and tried to log on. NOTHING. After that I linked my facbook with my spotify account and the email and basically I tried to log on the app using facebook. AND IT SAID THERE WAS AN ERROR. So I'd like for my spotify to be fixed thank you very much.

We'd recommend uninstalling the existing app on your device, then download the latest official version here.

I am having too many issues with my account. 1st issue was never resolved regarding my facebook account (i.e. tapping offline mode stays offline and won't let me return); the later issue is that I was forced to creat a new account (another email and password) & am having the same issues plus My android device won't let me go online to connect as it requests. I don't even know if any of my initial account and the new account is still on the premium plan or the family plan I had added it to???
