Logging in while abroad

I've been living abroad for the past month on holiday and spotify was working just fine till a couple days ago. I've been signed out of my account and when I try to sign in, it tells me to go to spotify.com and enter my current location to keep listening. However when I go on the site and attempt to edit my profile and change country settings to where i reside currently, I have no other country input options. I still cannot sign into my account please can someone help me out?
