Logging in

I have a new phone, I downloaded the Spotify app onto my new phone. I am trying to log in using my email address and password, I get a message to say an account has already been created with the email address. I tried resetting the password and then tried logging in with that still, still the same message appears. I have had a look on the memory and came across a few posts saying to try log in with username and not email address, I am not sure what my username is but saw someone say that their's is their name so I tried this and got the message that username/password is incorrect so this would tell me it's not my email/username that is incorrect. Please help thanks Donna

Be sure to use the 'Login' button and not 'Sign Up'.

 

If you don't remember your username, log into your Spotify profile on your browser here with your email. Your username will be displayed after you login.

 

 

Use it to login, instead of your email address.
