Logging on to spotify

Dear Sir's I write to you once more, in desperation, In my attempt to get back on SPOTIFY, as I have been a member since 1990. I have written to you outlinning the fact I'm unable to log on, even though I'm using the correct credentials, user name, email. and password.ect.

You kindly sent me a link to try and resolve the problem, however this has been unsuccessful,. You advised me lo log out, and relog om asking for a new password reset to be sent to my email address., however having checked all spamfolders in the email folders, there is no sight of a

link to change the password.

I am at a loss that when you provide a free subscription music service (which I consider to be the best available) you make it so difficult to logon, You are able to enter SOTIFY for months without any problems then suddenly all these problems arise, which you seem incabable of fixing quickly. In desperation I have opened new accounts using alternative email addresses, but that hasn't worked. I am concerned all the playlists will be lost, if I ever manage to get back on SPOTIFY.

Please help me to return to SPOTIFY as I'm missing all my music, built up.
