Login Issue

I am having issues with my login... i had to create another account so i can contact support...my username is ProStreetX275 and I am a premium member... I was using Spotify on Christmas eve with no issues... i went to login in Christmas and it won't let me login at all, keeps saying that my username and/or password is incorrect... I tried to reset my password but it says it sent the email you my email on file, but i havnt got any of them yet... I checked my email and spam folders and everything is correct... is there anything I can do to get my account back or at least get my playlists back? Also since I am a premium member is it still going to charge me even though I can't access my account?  Thanks for any assistance.
