Login problems after disconnect from Facebook

Hi,

Have been a Spotify Premium a long time. After buying an iPad which several in my family have used but with their own Facebook and Spotify accounts I now have problem of logging in. I have also recently disconnected the facebook connection.

 

Now I get the login page which asks me if I am one of our other family spotify accounts or If i want to create a free account and I cant get to my login page in the app. If I try to to renew my login via website it says that it is connected to facebook, but NOT.

 

Any hints?

I got a private mesaage from this thread - but I can't find it?! grrr.

 

But I got to reading more threads and tried:

Loggind out

Logged in but found and used my Spotify login - not my face book. And my lists returned.

same problem here.

I had a weird disconnect when listening to spotify on my iphone ... and it asked me to login again ... which didn't work ... After I logged in somehow I ended up losing alllllll my playlists !!!!!! This sucks big time ... wonder if I should be continuing the premium service now ..

Same here... And every playlist disappeared...

o Changed password in Face book

o Opened Spotify Windows 64 vista

o Spotify asked me to re-login - I did

o Asked me if I was a userer already I said I was

o Opened me up like a new user.

I've the same problem!

 

I have a premium account and ended my Facebook profile. Now i can't login on my spotify anymore. 

I've send multiply emails to spotify (but no reaction off course). 

 

Now the problem is, is that i have a account somewere, i pay monthly for my account, but can't adjust anything. AND i cannot login anymore. 

 

Dear spotify, can you give me a solution?

How long has it been since you contacted support?

 

Spotify usually takes 24-48 hours to reply. Do you have a case number?

I have the same problem. Apparently Soptify has updated something and now when I try to connect with Facebook login, Spotify try to create a new account. Unhappily it is the same mail address and it says that the mail address already exists. Logged to Spotify, no answer yet.

Hi,  have you managed to resolve this?  I am considering leaving facebook but can't find out how to change my log in so that it is not through facebook

I suggest you contact support so they can help you transfer all your stuff to a non-Facebook Spotify account that uses a username and password to login:
