Login puts me in a different account

Hello! So, whenever I type in my username and password for Spotify (and I'm using the correct ones), it brings me to a different account. I have never made this account in the past, and I have tried to reset my password but that doesn't help.

Have you tried to reset your password using any other email addresses you have? It also wouldn't hurt to check if this happens across all your devices. Remember that you can reset your password here. You can also try clicking on the blue "Log in with Facebook" button, just to check if you're able to access your account that way.
