Hi, I have set up the premium family account for my kids, I set up an email address and it's been added and active on my family package.... when I try to create an account for my daughter it says that the email is already being used, but I only just created it via gmail just an hour ago, and can't log in as I haven't created a Spotify account attached to this email.... any ideas? Thanks.

Could you try a password reset on the account and check  to see if you get a confirmation email?
