Login with Integra Receiver 30.6

Login with Integra Receiver 30.6

I was not able to login with my Integra Receiver. After my username and password are typed, the screen shows an error message and the only option is retry or go back. I created my account with my email and password, not with Facebook. I have a Premium account... Can anyone help me?

I see no replies to this problem. I have the same issue and it seems that we are not the only ones. Have yue tried in the Integra forum or got a way to solve this problem?

Antonio, I was able to solve the issue... I talked to the reseller that installed my Integra, and he updated the firmware via USB. He said that this is important, because updates via Network may fail. The Integra firmware version now is 2051-2110-2001-0602-0203. With this version, Spotify does not require a login in the Integra screen (see the new Spotiffy screen in the attachment) . You simply turn on Integra and select it as a device in the Spotify screen, at your mobile phone or tablet. But you need to make sure that the Integra is connected to the same network. I am now having stability problems with the Integra. It disconnects from the network and I need to reboot it (unplug the power cord) to re-stablish network connection. But this second problem is not related to Spotify... I hope this helps.!

Hello:

 

I performed the firmware update and as you said, and I can play the music directly from the spotify app installed in my phone. However, I do have connections problems but only with Spotify. The music gets cut off every second, and when I want to get back to play the music inside my smartphone the Integra app fails. I have to reboot the Integra (as yu mentioned - unplug the power cord) so I can get to play the music from internet radio or my phone again. Its very odd. If you get a solution please let me know.
