I signed up with Facebook then logged out and signed in with my friends account on my phone now I'm trying to log back in using my sign in but it just keeps signing me in through his. What do I do?

I have two accounts, one for school and one for home, and I accidentally connected both accounts to one Facebook account. My home account was orginally using Facebook and my school account isn't. I've tried loggin in to my home account, and it popped up an error. I haven't tried resetting my password, but I ave no clue what to do. Please help. I MISS MY MUSIC!!! :'(
