Lost all playlists - Help

A few days ago my Spotify account randomly paired with another device on 3 separate occasions. Since then my playlists have all been deleted and the recently played music is music I've never listened to in my life. Considering cancelling my premium subscription as these playlists were the main reason I subscribe. 

Has as this happened to anyone else?

any advice would be much appreciated

Welcome to the Spotify Community!

It looks like your account is being used by someone else. You should change your password and use the sign out everywhere button. 

You can also get your playlists back with the "Recover playlists" page.

If the problem persists you should get in touch with Spotify staff via email at: support@spotify.com or use the Contact Form to sort out your account problem. They will reply within 72 hours, but it usually takes a day.
