Lost my Premium

Lost my Premium

Hey guys,

 

I've seem to have lost my premium subscription.

I've tried the steps on this forum, with removing facebook, trying to log in with my account etc.

All no help. Now all my playlists are gone on my mobile devices and desktop. On my mobile devices it claims I have 48 hours of Premium left. This is not correct!! I've got a Premium account through my internet/tv provider (KPN), I've checked with them, they say all looks good on their side.  Please help me, I am a happy spotify user and would love my music back

I'm struggling to get on it on my tablet, frustrating that I can't find a customer service phone number or email address.. Very strange and annoying.

ArjenP - Are you sure you are logging in with the correct details? Normally when your playlists dissappear you are logged into a duplicate account. Be sure you are logging in with your original Spotify username and password (if you have one). If you are having trouble tracking down your account, I would get in touch with KPN and ask them for your login details connected to your account.

 

dazza73 - I would suggest you have a read at and try the steps outlined in this post. If you are still having issues, you can get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form.

thank you for your quick response

 

So far I've figured this out: If I log in with my original account, I get all my playlists but no songs (on mobile device)

When I log in with facebook, no playlists and 48 hours of premium.

 

If I'm not mistaken, KPN provided me with an activationcode to upgrade my original account to a premium account, so there is only one e-mail adress registered.

 

So basicly I have two accounts now: My original account, free, not premium and a Facebook account, completely empty

 

Running around in circles at the moment..

 

Bottomline is that I am using the correct details (original username/e-mail) and requested new password to be sure.. But for some reason Spotify thinks I have a free account, not Premium. As I have stated earlier, I've tried the troubleshooting, but no help so far.
