Lost playlists and double account...

Lost playlists and double account...

Hi there...

 

I am a premium Spotify user. Well, i was until this morning.

 

I logged in to my spotify account and all of my playlists were gone. And there was 3-4 new playlist subscriptions that i do not know anything about.

 

And also, my account downgraded to Free Account.

 

So, i searched for some solutions and here's what i did :

 

1-Logged out and logged in = Nothing happened.

2-Disconnected my account from my facebook profile = Nothing happened.

3-Reset my password = Nothing happened.

4-Tried to do that "Recover Playlists" feature = There was no removed playlist.

 

And i just remember that, i have an old account which i didn't use since months, maybe years. So i logged into it; and:

 

YEAH! It's a premium!! With no playlist.

 

And again, i tried that recover playlists option and i can see my playlists there. And i will recover them, BUT. And it's a big BUT!!

 

It means, from now on, i'm gonna use that account. And you guys will probably delete this one (cankaravus). But i don't wanna use my old username. Is there any option that i can change my username.

 

And, one more thing, why this is happening? What's wrong? Having multiple accounts is not allowed or what?

It is not possible to change the username on an account.

 

If you have tried all the troubleshooting, and you still can't get your playlists back,

 

I suggest you contact support so they can help you

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
