MAJOR ACCOUNT ISSUE

I have changed my password, email password, logged everyone out of my account using remote logout, caught the other person using it and logged him/her out, changed the password again but still run into SOMEONE USING MY ACCOUNT AND DELETING ALL MY MUSIC AND MAKING **bleep**ING PLAYLISTS OF SOME STUPID FRENCH **bleep**ING RAP.

HELP.
