MUSIC keeps cutting out

For the past few days, my music has randomly been cutting off and switching to another song on my playlist which does the same thing again on both my mobile app and laptop web player. It also cuts off and automatically plays a song from an artist I have never searched for or listened to, and even when I press pause, it will continue to play. I essentially don’t have control of my Spotify and I can’t figure out why- I am paying for a premium subscription and am currently not satisfied with this service- please help!
