Spotify not playing complete tracks and adding unwanted music to library

I have been having the same problem with Spotify on both my MacBook an iPhone - when listening to music tracks will randomly stol and it will start playing music by someone called Mahmood Khan (who I have never heard of and is terrible) 

I have also had music by artists I have no interest in added to my library.

please advise

In addition to the above, full songs won’t play and Spotify skips to another track as and when it wants to. It doesn’t even skip to the next in line (shuffle is off) just to whatever it feels like
