Made a duo account with husband but it still says I need to update payment?

My premium stopped working because I needed to update payment type. Instead made a duo account with my husband and it still won’t let me listen to music.

Sorry to hear you've been experiencing such an issue!

Does your account show the free features instead of Premium or does it show Premium but display the error about the payment method update as well?
In case it's the latter, it's a good idea to reach out to our support folks, so that they can take a look at your account and see where the issue stems from 🙂
