Merged accounts on accident, now im missing one whole account

So this is what has happend, I had a account for almost a year now, my friend wanted an account so I made him one. I left the room while he was making his account and came back to him upset, he had tried to merge his new account with his facebook account, but apon doing this on my computer it had my facebook already saved in it, so it merged his new account with my old one all on my facebook. Now I wouldnt have been mad but this is where it gets bad. Apon doing this my old account no longer works, my old log info doesnt work and my facebook info doesnt work. It logs me in and then kicks me out, but I can see it load and show there is nothing there anymore as in my old playlists and everything is all gone! I tried loging into his to see if since it was on my facebook it moves over but no everything is gone! can anyone please help me get my past year of music back? I would really like to get my radio station and playlists back, not to mention my own account back.
