Just to clarify, are you paying for your friend's subscription? 

If so, we'd first suggest asking your friend trying the steps here to access his account once more. Once he's logged in his Premium account successfully, he can cancel the subscription to avoid further charges, if you'd like.

Alternatively, you can follow the steps provided here if you haven't subscribed but are still getting charged. This includes steps on how to reach our support teams that can help you further by taking a look behind the scenes.
