Moved from Germany to Italy - how do I update my profile?

I have Spotify with a German Adress. I moved to italy and also already changed payment to an Italian account. However I now cannot change my Spotify profile with my new adress etc... in italy. Any suggestion? By the way is there a Spotify customer service phone number to call?

Hey @Louiseshyama,

The new payment method and country settings will be in effect from your next payment date.

Unfortunately Spotify does not offer customer support over the phone.

Hi ! I thank you but believe this is not helping.
One of the problems by not being able to change the country in my profile is that all my premium family members I have invited are with me in italy but because in the profile is Germany, they cannot join Spotify. The problem is unsolved. Can anybody help?

I understand that. You have to wait until your account's country setting changes to Italy. This change will be happening at your next payment date and then you'll be able to invite the Family members.
