Movistar and Spotify

Movistar and Spotify

I made a premium subscription with Movistar for Spotify and in the website https://spotify.movistar.es says I'm premium (with the 40% discount but when I go to Spotify's web says I'm not... how can I solve this? because if doesn't appear correctly on spotify I'm not able to listen offline...

Hi, i´m having the same problem, could you solve it?

Yes! Finally it was a problem with my Facebook account. I had different emails accounts in Spotify and Facebook so I just had to change my Facebook email and change it for the same as I used for spotify.
