Multi account and account not visible

Hi guys! Yesterday i downloaded for first time spotify for Desktop. I made an account and i had problem, so i deleted and   create new account and connected it to facebook. Now, if someone search my username on facebook is visible only my old account... How is possible?

Since your old account is now deleted, give it a little time to refresh, and your new account should appear when searched.
